Katarina Dahlin

Katarina Dahlin is a Finnish SEO entrepreneur working on organic growth and AI search visibility across Nordic and international markets. She founded and runs Dahlin SEO, serving ecommerce and B2B companies from mid sized businesses up to publicly listed organisations. She has worked in SEO and growth marketing since 2019, and builds each strategy around the specific market and competitors a company is actually up against rather than around a template.

Her work covers technical SEO, international search, link building and off page optimisation, and gets measured on revenue and leads. Clients work with Dahlin directly, and strategy and competitor analysis stay in her hands throughout, which is a deliberate limit on how much the company can take on at once.

She is best known for off page LLM optimisation. She created Feed the Machine, a framework for building the external brand signals that help a company earn citations in ChatGPT and Perplexity and visibility in Google AI Overviews. It connects brand authority to entity recognition, which is really about how AI systems pick their sources and describe companies in generated answers. She runs her own agentic tools for the repetitive work, reviewing every output before it goes near a client, and built an AI powered solution that optimises thousands of product descriptions for ecommerce operations.

Dahlin speaks internationally and hosts SEO Case Stories, a webinar series following a year long optimisation project in the open. She has appeared at BrightonSEO and WTS Fest across Europe and the United States, and founded SEO Sauna Masterminds, an invite only community. She is based in Tallinn.
