Paul Teitelman has 18 years in organic search and more than 1,000 completed campaigns for businesses across North America, from major brands to local and mid sized companies. That range matters: the constraints on an enterprise programme and a local one are nothing alike, and he has run both. He has managed complex enterprise initiatives and high value accounts in retail and telecom, joining technical SEO to search intent strategy so that visibility ends up producing customers.

Link building has been central since his earliest dedicated roles in it. He moved into SEO management, hiring and training practitioners while overseeing large campaigns, and now leads a team of 15. He still tests acquisition methods on properties he owns, refining how authority gets built as Google changes, which means the client work is informed by experiments he paid for himself.
